How do I return an item?




At
Mango Pet Products, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know birds and their people are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient.



MangoPet.com Return Policy

We maintain a lifetime warranty on all welding and workmanship of our stands, and a 5 year warranty on the powder coat.

All products sold by Mango Pet Products, Inc. are brand new - never refurbished - and manufactured by Mango Pet in the USA to meet the highest industry standards with USA steel and bird safe powder coat.

If you're not satisfied with any item(s) purchased directly from www.mangopet.com, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt of shipment and you will be reimbursed the purchase price.

Original sales receipt and return authorization from Customer Service must accompany all returns.

—If the return is necessary because of a defect in the item or an error on our part, we will incur the return shipping fees.

—Customarily, returns for all other reasons, including buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, obliges the buyer to sustain any shipping cost.

—If an exchange is desired, we will make every effort to accommodate you, again, upon our receipt of the item being returned.


Any item(s) should be returned in its original packaging when possible.

Products bought online at MangoPet.com are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser/customer upon delivery to the specified shipping agent (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Consequently, for shipping damage, customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately.


Third Party Seller Return Policy

When you order a Mango Pet Product from a Seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), any returns will be sent back to the Seller instead of mangopet.com. While most Sellers offer a return policy equivalent to mangopet.com, some Seller’s return policies may vary. You should always view the Seller's return policy before you make any purchase.


Drop Ship Return Policy

Often, a third party Seller that offers our products will request that our manufacturing facility ship certain items which they are unable to stock in their inventory. That is known as a “drop shipment”. Therefore, if you purchase a Mango Pet Product from a third party Seller (for example, an online Pet Store), please check first with their return policy before contacting us. We abide by their policy.


Wrong Or Missing Items

Any discrepancy, including wrong or missing items, should be reported to the third party Seller from whom the item(s) was purchased, or to Mango Pet Products, Inc. if the item(s) was purchased directly from our website. In such cases, the error must be rectified at no cost to you.


Mango Pet’s Back-Order Policy

Occasionally, an item will be out-of-stock on mangopet.com, and placed on Back-Order. Back-Order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be the first to receive the item(s). Mango Pet Products, Inc. will not charge your credit card for any back-ordered item(s) or their shipping costs until we ship your order. The day your item(s) is shipped you will receive an email with the Tracking Number for your order. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you choose. If you would like to change your shipping method, please contact us and we will change it for you.
